Hi! Good day!

I am trying to collect the bird house in Yggdrasil, The World Tree, which is in between Angels' Lunaria and Phoenix, but the system won't allow me.

Hello dark, I have already explained and replied in another thread how you can solve it. You can either try to decrease/zoom out the page/browser and so make the gift ckickable or you can try to click on the left side of the gift, bit outside/next to it, not exactly on the image, on the upper part. It works both ways . As soon as I can do it I'll post a screenshot with the exact spot for the click.

EDIT: Hoover the mouse over that region marked with he spot until the little hand which allows you to click on the gift appears. This works on both client (if you use it to play) and browsers.
