dragon frozen game

hi i hawe problem with dragon souls it frozen screen when i try to enter there is after merge this problem and i need to close window and log in again to run game
PS dont tell me about cookies and rest i hawe done all that

Its not related to merge but to a number of dragon souls you have collected, you can either wait until that window loads thats around 15-20 minutes or allow us to devour dragon souls in your inventory. if you want your dragon souls devoured please notify me about it.

u look what i write ?? i say when i open dragons souls in game i got frozen screen i got noting no upload or loading NOTHING ! i need to restart my client so i can play game every time i try to enter in dragoun souls

I read and i give you an answer. Either you wait until your dragonsouls page will load, which may take up to 15-20 minutes, or you allow us to devour your dragonsouls which will fix an issue.
