unable to collect bottom half from check-in, got the elements stones for the 20th of this month but the 150 diamonds and the other rewards for checking in at the bottome of the page , i can't collect it, tried refreshing several times, any advice welcome ???

Here is what I need you to come as screenshots (only your ss should also show in whole your IGN on the left corner up and server name and number on the world chat top banner, do not crop that part), to show the Check-ins and which of the dates/periods you couldn't collect.
