    Hello all!

    1. I wrote 2 tickets in support system and nb answer is it normal?
    2. I made the wrong purchase today: bought Rytha sylph in HOC can you take back item and back my cards before 28/06/2018 i need so much to buy *bloodthirsty blade inscription pack*

    As i know there is no refund for wrong purchases, but i will tell support about missing answer to your tickets. Also, though i found character and server info ib your screenshots, please dont forget to add it in your posts as missing this information delays us telling support about your issues and correspondingly delays resolving them.
