evening TA doesnt work ub39

noticed on this week that evening Ta doesnt work - no team for fight after 2 att while 30 min left for finish event.
tested on other char was all ok.

Thanks for data posted. I need a screenshot too, uncropped, timestamped, to document/show what's happening when TA starts. You say that it works for 2 rounds or 3 and after it doesn't. Please give a screenshot of the instance that moment it stops working. Thank you.
