HT bonus time again not work

again in period on bonus time didn't get those bonus resources . All is on this pic it is from 13:16 and that time is in this period

Give in there all info related to IGN, server name and number, details about the issue you are facing and attach the screenshots you have (make them be uncropped and timestamped, please). Thank you.
