You don't need to start again, you just need to be able to send in a ticket at www.r2games.com/support. You can use any character to send in a ticket. Please do as suggested in post #2 above, and support will help get you sorted out.

You have not replied to your ticket with the requested information so that support can assist you. You need to answer the questions so they can help you get back to your character.

Hello abdullah125. Update from ops says you have been replied already. Can you confirm you received the mail with the reply for the ticket you submitted? Please check the mail you used to send the ticket to support. They asked you to provide some details about your account so that they can help you recover it. There is nothing they can proceed with until you do that.
About the compensation you seem to expect for starting a new character (which is entirely your decision to take), there will be no such compensation. By means of forum, everything it could be done, was done already, we can not help you with solving your problem. The one who can are support team and ops, so PLEASE check your mail and after reply to them giving the details they are asking for. Thank you.
