Recharged 31000 Diamonds and I cannot collect rewards

AS title says, I recharged 31000 Diamonds and I cannot collect from HOt Events NAVI KING , TOTAL RECHARGE. I even spent over 40000 diamonds. TYcon is running and I am Loosing MANY points because of this. Need URGENT ATTENTION, Sidhe , MemoryLane . IGN ; ioana. Server: S39 ARchangel
