Dragon Soul not working

Hi, is Dragon Soul broken? Its takes eternity just to open up. and if you click on Devour it just hangs and you have to restart the game. Please look into this issue and get this resolved.

Good morning. Your Dragonsoul is not broken, it simply has a huge number of pages with undevoured dragonsouls. You need to get rid of those innumerable pages! Unfortunately there is no other way to do this but to extremely patiently wait for the feature to load and to perform the devouring. So, please first perform all the daily quests and tasks then open Dragonsoul and let it load at its own pace (be warn that it will take a huge amount of time but it will load, eventually). The moment it's loaded, use 1-click option to devour all the low level drogonsoul pages there. Then use Sort so that you clear it up. After that, make sure you periodically check it and perform the same action (at least once a week, please) so that you prevent those dragonsoul to be stuck there.
