how do i clean/clear cache and history

Good morning. You need to first find what version of client you're using (in Settings, on client). Then, depending on the version you are using, whichever version you might use, you need to go on browser and clear/clean the cache and history there. If you uses the Chrome version, you need to open Chrome and clear the cache there. If you use the IE version, you need to open IE and clear/clean the cache there.
You can also use the Clean Cache option on client (see and check the ss below):
