Recharge bug

Today i was trying to recharge for a monthly card. But the recharge screen is showing a strange virtual currency
(see screenshot below). I don't know what balens were, and if they could be used in LoA. I logged in another toon
on the same server, and got the same screen.

I just tested and it shows diamonds to me. Balens is currency for Wartune game of R2Games platform. I would advise you to clear your browser and flash player cache and if issue persists contact support here

Yesterday i made to recharges and merchant not made it .It pass 24h and my 10k diamonds recharge are missing from my account

You also need to contact suuport through this link http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&for=vip because as i told above all recharge issues are resolved through support.
