        Hello,

        I have similar issue, where I received Griffin soul with no option to swap. I already have Griffin upgraded to Fluorescent Griffin. Please help.

                    I have the same problem...Sent 3 tickets but only one of them is solved! It seems R2games is waiting for the 2 weeks to end and they can close the tickets. My first ticket I opened AUG 04, 2019 case #: 710629 and still waiting.......Got answers than - "Usually this process takes only 3-5days" ! That means Aug 4 till Aug 29 = 5 days???

                      I reached out to staff regarding your ticket, they were waiting on a response from the devs. The techs are going to reach out again to the devs and hopefully have your issue resolved soon.
