Craft reward missing on ud4

As can be seen in the 1st screenshot, I won 1st in Craft Master. I collected the prize after reset, but did not get either the mount evo or the PPS. I did not even unlock that mount, so the evo should show in my inventory. Please help. Thank you.

Please delete the post, I made a mistake. My other toon won it, not this one.

Good morning. I was about to ask you for some more details, because there was some one "l" letter missing in the name of the char which won in Craft and the char revealed in your ss, . But, if it is solved and everything in order, all for the better. Have a good week to start and happy playing.
