narrator must be drunk, nothing is ever accepted, over 6 months now and says go to treebeard forest, but there is no way to get there, it is not accepted , ever

Hello. I've passed through the same "issue". I got it resolved by almost daily using stamina and blitzing dungeons in World Tree until new dungeon got unlocked and in Quest Tracker it changed from from not accepted to Incomplete (you will also notice the exp bar, the orange one, filling in then dropping down as you use that exp gathered there, too). That moment, if you click the link underneath, you have the new dungeon accessible in World Tree. It's a pain giver, stamina consumer and time eater, not to mention patience testing, the process of unlocking of the dungeons the high levels, but it is doable
