S118 doesnt load for me

The game just forever loads.. Other servers loads just fine for me except this one.
I haven't played the game for years, so im trying to get back.
I've tried chrome, internet explorer, fox, R2 Game app. I flushed my DNS, cleared my caches/cookies.
ONLY S118 does not work for me.
