Hello. First you say it is not resolved, then you come with it is resolved, now you claim it is not resolved again. Please, try to decide what way it is. What I tried to say is that it can last for a bit more than instantaneous for the purchase to come through. Now, if the diamonds are on your account, please let us know. If they are not, also tell us so that we can try to find a way to help you. Either way, just try to make up your mind and let us know if your issue is resolved or not. If both got resolved and went through, all for the better. If it happens to run into such an issue again, please approach the support team,by submitting a ticket. Do not forget to give in there all details (IGN, server name and number), the ID number of the transaction and screenshots to support your claim/problem - all these details being also necessary for the report in forum.
