Black screen
Reporting for some other players who can't get to the forum because of intermittent screen blackouts. Happening in ( s308 ) Shattered sea. One player in particular is Rajib who has been battling the problem for a couple of days now. Would appreciate some immediate attention to solving this !! Thx

Hello. I do not exactly understand what the blackouts refer too: game or trying to post in forum? For entering Forum, I would suggest to try a different browser (switch browsers among them), trying to enter it from game page, or also from the main account page, and a clear/clean cache plus a check of flash/update it.
And what are the problems faced - is it when player login?; login stuck?; events in game stuck?; events missing?; particular features not working? What exactly? There is needed data for player and a description plus at least one uncropped and unedited screenshot for supporting the issue/s with the report.
