Can't change Gauntlet Difficulty

Been trying for the past week to try to change difficulty in gauntlet as I've made a new guild, but it won't let me

Hello. Can you please post your data details (IGN, server) and mention what guild you are in? Also, what's your position there? The screenshot you upload here, please do not crop them and make them display your character name and server, plus a timestamp (if possible). Thank you.
