  • Forgot password and won't send a email to reset it

    i recently forgot my password , and as i was read to just reset it . i pressed the ' send email ' and it said it had sent it but i refreshed my email like 10 times , exited out the site then went back like 7 and it still didn't send it . i did it multiple times now and i'm still not able to reset my password .

    Hello. For your problem you need to submit a ticket to Support, following this link: https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7 . Give there all the requested details and add after all the requiered details Support team might ask from you. As a first step, add your data details, your R2 uid (you find it on your main account page) and any screenshot, if it happens to have any.
    REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced. Recharge issues will require your transaction ID. Screenshots provided must be uncropped and timestamped.
