    Issues : The game does not let me enter, he is stunned, and if I manage to enter it does not let me do anything, everything appears in black

    Good morning. I would suggest first to perform a clean/clear of cache and history for the browser you're using (the same operation can be done on client, if you're using it), a refresh of game page, a reboot of your device then login again. If you're using browser/s, an option would be to start using client instead and give it a try. The download link it's here: https://www.r2games.com/client/
    Please let us know if this changes anything.

      What they suggest I do often, I did it again and nothing changes, it takes me a long time to enter the game and when I manage to enter he is stunned. It seems strange to me that I could solve something, since: 1. My partner is from another country and since yesterday he has not been able to enter either and 2. You posted the data that we had to send since you have had more than 700 reports that the game is crashing. On the client's server you don't even enter the game presentation.

        Good morning. Unfortunately we do not have any magic wand to resolve the issues that might be generated not by game itself but on your side. We have checked on both browsers and client and everything loads just fine. I would strongly suggest you to perform that cleaning/clearing of cache and cookies, try to reinstall Client (check the Specifications, first), change/switch browsers after you perform the clean/clear/reboot/game refresh/flush DNS, etc.
        Take into consideration that Chrome doesn't work for game now (at least we could not use it anymore) but there you can still load game on IE, Opera, Edge and Maxthon (that after you allow flash to work on them and set permissions for Insecure Content, for all mentioned browsers except Maxthon). As you won't effectively be able to play game on any browser after December 2020, we strongly recommend to start use Client and get used to it.

Worst advice ever...you know the game has gotten worse in the last couple of weeks and to tell people to use Client and get used to it? ah no...bad advice and hello...you are talking to people from around the world not just in the neck of your woods. What is really going on with the servers? Island of Fire has log fails which only happen due to deverloper errs...someone sent a noobie to our server.. Log fails for TA and DW during SS Tycoon is not cool. And no clearing the cache is not going to get it. Please send repair team to S355. Thanks!

            Hello. To start with, can you please stop spamming other people's threads and if you experience a problem, open your own thread in the corresponding section? That would be really appreciated.
            The fact we all have to start using client because actually this will be the only option to play the game on R2 is not something invented by me. The option is offered as alternative for browsers which will not support flash after December 2020. So, yes, you will need to start using Client, want it or not (that if you do nt search for and find a browsers or browsers which might still support flash after December 2020). No matter how much I want and pray for those browsers to work, it won't have any effect, I cannot come with a solution for that. As a player I am facing the same problems and I am as frustrated as any other player can be because of this (maybe even more frustrated as I have to take on me your anger and frustrations, too).
            Also, for a report to be forwarded, please come with requested/mandatory elements (your data details - IGN, server name and number, screenshots to support your claim). In spite of your venting and throwing your frustration on me, I have still checked the server you mentioned. The events you say that aren't working loaded, opened, let us access them, HE and TA also worked and opened (on both client and browsers - it was checked on Edge, Opera, Firefox and Maxthon).
            For the Log fails you say you get after you open TA we need screenshots because we were unable to replicate the issue. Same for DW. So, please provide the requested details and screenshots so that I can forward them along with the report. Thank you.

              Reported for now but please come with screenshots or a record from TA and DW when they are running. Thank you.

              Can you update us here about Arena and TA working or not and also come with screenshots? For the DW, if it did not work or it will not work again (in case you haven't had it yet), please submit a ticket to support, with all details and attach screenshots as evidence.
