Bought 10 off basic energy card with 500 aureus - however I was also charged 500 diamonds as well
please refund my 500 diamonds which were taken without reason


As can be seen from the picture I spent the aureus but also got lost 500 diamonds

I also bought 10 off Advanced Energy cards and also spent 500 aureus but as can be seen from the picture was NOT charged the 500 diamonds.

Good morning. Please post screenshots again but uncropped and unedited (the full game screen page), with all details for character, server and event page visible. They are needed to be forwarded with the report.
Isn't it possible to have also mistakenly completed the field in Quantity, which would explain why the 500 diamonds were withdrawn? When you use Group Buy, the field in Quantity must remain 1.
