    There is a bug in the anniversary event. I recently recharged single 40k diamonds and spent 1k diamonds as requested in event. however the option to swap for equipment did not unlock. Please report problem and fix it before event ends. Thanks.

        were you able to swap I recharged like 40 diamonds x3 still no swap.

          no i couldn't swap. recharged 9kk diamonds, then 4k after.

                  Hello. Issue with anniversary has been forwarded and signaled shortly after it appeared, it should have been fixed already (it was game wide spread). If you still faced it and you could not get the desired items, please submit a ticket to support with all requested details, screenshots to support your claim, evidence for your recharges (with the swap button for event in HE still not lit after recharges went through). Here is the link to support, to follow: https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7 . Support are the ones who can send missing items and resolve comps or recharges problems.
                  REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced. Recharge issues will require your transaction ID. Screenshots provided must be uncropped and timestamped.

                    Hi moderator, unfortunately, it has not been fixed for all the servers and I've been told they will be manually swapped so I'm waiting till someone can do that for me.

                      Hello. To have it manually swapped, please submit a ticket to support (if you haven't done it yet). Place in there all details and the corresponding screenshots and info required. Please write down the ticket number allocated to it after it is replied by team, as a reference.
