Did not receive DW gold

Hello, I acquired quiet a few points in DW today. ....which converts to a good sum of gold placed in my gold stash.
The Gold won in DW was not put into my gold stash.

How is the best way to retrieve the gold???......gold is the best way to upgrade armor.
AND no, I do not have a screen shot of the points accrued in DW.
However, I can provide a screen shot of the starting gold level right before DW started and LoA can confirm that I attended DW today.

Hello. You can submit a ticket to support and give there all details, along with screenshots, though, or a record to show that you performed the DW but in spite of being notified you obtained the gold, that gold did not add. Those screenshots are also needed to be added here.
You need to screenshot or record the stash of gold before DW, the start of DW with you being in there and performing the event, and the moment after DW ends, with the message you get on screen that Dw ended and with the stash of gold again. It is not needed to screenshot or record the whole process. You also have two in game mails you get after DW ends, as proof you were performing the event. And no, LOA cannot confirm you attended the event, that is why the screenshots and/or records are required, for an initial check and for forwarding any report on your behalf.

On my screen, after DW, the end-of-DW message always shows in the middle of the screen as a small screen box.
Except for the end-of-DW box, the rest of my screen is shadowed out. The amount of gold cannot be made out. I usually check gold amount after DW and then go to "Enhance" to upgrade my armor.

BUT all that is not relevant.
What is relevant is that I don't leave DW while active to check that my gold stash has increased. I also don't take screen shots at the start of DW on the off chance that an error will occur and that I will need the screen shot to support a claim. Heck, if I went that route, I would be taking screen shots before lots of events. One never knows in LoA when a glitch will occur.

**Your point about game mails showing that you got the "Knight sash" rewards for the Alliance Shop IS relevant.
Unfortunately, I did not think to get screen shots of rewards for the Alliance Shop.
I will remember the suggestion for next time.

Good morning. I am, again, insisting to do this and to upload the requested screenshots in here or to add them to your ticket, in case you decided to submit a ticket to support: before the DW starts take a screenshot of the gold you have; take a screenshot of the gold stash after DW ends (not 40 minutes after) - both timestamped and uncropped; take a screenshot of the m else or after DW ends. A record of the process (few minutes of it) or simply some screenshots taken at different times during DW will reveal if this happens or not - they should show the gold stash at those moments, with gold being added or not.
