Hello. I suppose that by that "window not loading" you mean the Unbreakable Bond Feature. This is usually an issue which appears after the game update so, I need you all to recheck after server reset. Also, being it usually not a server wide spread issue but rather an individual one, please come with your in-game data details and a screenshot at least showing which of the Bonds does not load or returns an empty window. The screenshots added, please do not crop or edit them (this meaning they have to display the whole game page, with all details visible, timestamp present, too). The requested details are needed for making a report on your behalf. Thank you.
