loading problem thru client

Been trying to load thru client since 19:45pm server time
but gets stuck at 25% of last screen - have refreshed many times
have uninstalled client and re-installed but still gets stuck at same point
was working fine up to 19:15pm
client / webpage is now very slow loading the game shortcuts at bottom of screen and game takes ages to load

Hello. We really have no clue why client is working smooth with some players but t's returning issues for others. We've checked, on client, and on our side your server loads just fine, without any problem. So, what I can suggest you to do is to try a browser instead, for a while (Edge, Chrome, Maxthon, Opera GX even) and see if there game loads and is faster. That until they release the new client version they've announced and said they have in plan.
I would also suggest to open and submit a ticket to support: https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7. Please include there all details and your data, along with a record of the issue, so that they can check and see what's wrong. For record I would suggest you to use recordit app (https://recordit.co), which is really very easy to use and creates links which you can insert into your ticket.

I uninstalled and re-installed - was still slow but loads
since nothing has changed at my end -----------
it can only be at server end

Hello. I have already mentioned that it might be that, as I also mentioned that they are to come with a new client version (which, hopefully will happen soon - I cannot come with a certain date for this, though). I also face this, some of the days - it takes up to few minutes and also few refreshes until I can get through. I haven't uninstalled/reinstalled client, but I used clear cache button and rechecked to have IE Mode ticked, in Settings (http://prntscr.com/vycjet) - all hoping that it would help with the slowness.
