Bug on artefact

I have a twilight Mirror artefact .. leveled and with gems and stuff and it doesnt let me to put it in...it just say "Has been equipped" but nothing happens...doesnt work on any slots...the other artefacts work but this one no...any tips ?

Tried to put it on claudia angel as you can see but nothing happens...tried on all slots...on different angels..tried refresh...removed angel and put it back....
