Upgrade from fury to thunderclap

With a new chaotic expedition happening i obtained enough eye of oblivion to synth a thunderclap ring print to upgrade a ring of fury. However the upgraded ring disappeared off my character and isnt in my inventory. Ive upgraded other items from this place with no issue, Is this an issue others have had?

Hello. Please check again, in your inventory, accessing the Equip tab, where all the new unequipped gears should appear. Also, you might check equipped gear via Forge > Enhance > Other, in case the ring you upgraded happened to be equipped on a hero. If you already did that and you could not find the ring, please file a ticket to support (here's the link: https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7). Give there all your data details and add screenshots from inventory and forge.
