Hello. Can you please come with the corresponding screenshots showing the points not being added? (tycoon page, Hot Events, ss not cropped and timestamped, before and after resources being consumed? I would also suggest you to submit a ticket (https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7) with all the requested details and screenshots in case the issue is not resolved already. Thank you.

REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced. Recharge issues will require your transaction ID. Screenshots provided must be uncropped and timestamped.
