we lost a day because of this bug and there is no compensation. why?

Hello. I have to underline that all compensations are at the devs discretion if they are sent or not. I would suggest you to file a ticket to support (https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7) in which to add all requested details and add screenshots to evidence your individual loss and request to be compensated for it. Thank you.
