Hallowed Hall (Angel) won't load

    Hallowed Hall (Angel) won't load

    For an arbitrarily long time after clicking the Angel button, the Hallowed Hall screen appears as it does in my screenshot.

    I first noticed it early in the day (around 8:00 a.m. EDT) and while I expected that it might have been solved by now, it's now 7:00 p.m. and the issue persists. As far as I can tell, this problem is not occurring on GTA servers.
