Real problem with DRAGON SOUL section

Hello! Whenever I try to access DRAGON SOUL, the game simply freezes. I can't click on anything because everything stops. I have this problem for a long period of time - like more than a half a year now - and now I want this thing to be fixed, please. Below I will show you a picture in order you to fix this problem.
