If you have not already, please clear the cache. If you're using the R2 Client, there's a trash bin icon above the banner on the right side when you load into the game. If you're still stuck, you can try clearing the cache and cookies on Chrome, as the client uses Chrome, or reinstall the client.
If you're using a browser, please clear the cache and cookies on that, and consider trying to access the game with the client.
