S110 appears to be working okay today. Please click the trash can icon in the upper right corner on the light grey portion of the banner while attempting to load the game, and reload the client.
If that does not work, please reboot your router by turning it off and unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plug it back in and turn it back on.
You can send in a ticket and ask support to check your character, and possibly clear their cache for you.
