For those of you using puffin, or any browser, I do apologize but we cannot assist you. Since Flash was disabled, this game has been available via the R2 Client. While there are methods for accessing flash based games using a browser, it is on you to trouble shoot any issues with that method.

If you are using the R2 Client and are having an issue, I need the server number - the actual number, which will be at the top of the screen on the banner - and your UID. You can find your UID on the banner at the top of your game screen, where it says UID, or you can find it on the R2Games home page, upper left corner by the avatar.

If it has been days since you've been able to log in, the server is probably fine and you might be better off sending in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com and asking for your toon to be checked on their end.

for those ppl use puffin cant play this game, or stuck cant see loading screen try clear cache first for puffin browser, open apps on setting - choose puffin - clear cache - try open puffin again, coz this method works for me, gud luck guys
