hi i send a ticket before 2 days about 1st place in chaotic expetition.i was 1st from first day of event but 2 days before colect for 10th someone whith 731 take 1st place.i did not colect untill devs fix it.when i see my name 1st again i collect but it give me rewards for 2-10 places.i did this around 13:00-13:30 server time.
devs will give me the corect rewards ? i wait for this.

If your previous ticket was about the guy with 731 points, then you would want to send in a new ticket about the incorrect rewards. If the previous ticket was related to your rewards, you can just reply to that one.

You'll want to get that ticket sent in pretty soon, then. I would also include the exact rewards that you are missing (2nd place minus 1st place to equal anything missing) to help speed things along.
