Cant leave from ally!

why i cant leave from my friend ally? my friend already kick me, but i cek again then i still in.. got bug stuck in ally, also personal message cross server also not work! DW today also not work "log in fail, refresh your browser" what hell! FIX it!!! i want join AE with my ally!
