Homestead Classroom Blueprint Issue

After getting the Homestead blueprint Classroom today, I activated it and tried to completely decorate the print. However, there seems to be no where to use the four 1x1 ruler decors leaving the print incomplete. Please assist me in resolving this issue tyvm. I have added a snapshot showing the print in decorate mod ( note 4 rulers ) still in the 1x1 decor and apparently no visible place for them to go.
