Lost Main hero information BUT remembers Alt information

Hello,
I am requesting the general information for someone else.

1. A player came back to LoA and only remembers the Server information for the "Alt".
2. The player is able to play the Alt hero....and is currently playing with the Alt hero.

**HOW can the player get the information to access AND play her Main hero?
Your assistance is requested.

Your friend will need to remember something about the character, whether that be the name, the server, the email address - something, else there's nothing to find. Whatever information can be remembered can be sent in a ticket to support for assistance with locating the missing information.

Does your friend have any receipts for the main? A receipt would be the easiest way to figure out what account the character is on and where it is, support can easily look up the transaction.

Hello Memory Lane..its been a while.

I supplied the information above to the to Player:
She doing her own hunt for her main Character.
Currently, she plays with her Alt character - "Ginak"

Her Alt name: "ginak"
**She said that her Main Character is Regk"
Guild was "Pleiadians guild"
She says that she was in Ub5....I don't know if Ub5 merged with another

I expect that she will continue her search with ticket and perhaps contact Forum.

ub5 isn't a server number, it's a merged cluster number that you only see when you're in the game. Do you remember what website you accessed this character on?

Going through your post history, I see you were gina on S181. You've made no reference to a RegK. The only mention of 'ub5' I can find across the internet is in a GTArcade forum post from a player on gamerocks.

Okay, so after a bit of searching, I found RegK, in the guild Pleiadians. Judging by the rankings list, the list of merged cluster numbers currently on R2, and winner lists from 2018 on GTArcade's facebook page, I am confident that this character was played on Kabam, which became Gamerocks. I know Server 33 and Server 39 are part of ub5, but we have no way to know the other servers without logging into all of them, and since R2 doesn't provide support for Gamerocks, that's about as far as I plan to go with finding the server range.

So, if that sounds about right to you, then what you'll need to do is go to http://www.gamerocks.com/angel/game - do not log in. Click on Download Mini Game. This is the game client. When you open the game client, log in with your Kabam/Gamerocks information. If you do not remember your Kabam/Gamerocks login information, the password reset page is http://www.gamerocks.com/web/forget You'll need to plug in whatever email addresses you remember and see which one gets the reset link email.

Then, you'll open the Mini Game client, and log in, and from there, you'll need to figure out which server your character is actually on. Good news is it will show you in the title bar if you're on a server that's on the ub5 cluster (for example, I checked S1 and S64, and the title bar said Server1 and Server64, but when I check S33, it said Server ub5). The only annoying thing will be needing to close, open, log in the mini client repeatedly - click the house button on the side bar, and then select Play Now to see the list of servers. I didn't see any other way of seeing a server list. There's only 64 servers, so it shouldn't take long to find the right one.

If the above doesn't ring any bells for you, then I am also confident in saying you definitely did not play on R2Games, which means you'll need to go to https://forum.gtarcade.com/forum/51 and post on their forum for help, because I know you won't get anywhere through ticket. They have a discord server, but you'll need to ask them on their forum for the invite link.
