Freeze fitur after less than 2 minutes after playing

Hello dear mentor..

I have problem on my server from yesterday after reset, So this my problem i find in game; After join in game on my server then want to do quest got worked but less than 2 minutes I want to do other quest but those fitur sometime got blank result and got freeze in fitur cannot collect after I click it,,

So please check this prob and also fix it on my server. Thanks a lot dear mentor

Please start with clearing the cache on whatever it is you're playing the game on. If the issue does not improve, contact support at https://www.r2games.com/support

OK sure, but all my screenshot got deleted yesterday. Can u check image screenshot i send u via this thread? Please fix it coz Im already missing first demonic war because this prob

You can save the screenshots in your first post to your computer and attach them in to the email you get from support, or you can link your thread in your ticket and let support know you have posted the screenshots on the forum.
