The game doesn't load me

I've been noticing the last few months, that during angel party they won't let me in the last hour before the reset. The load remains at 25% of 1/4 parts. I have cleared cache and even restarted the pc and it remains the same, it does not load. I will take a photo even if it is of the bar, since I am writing from the cell phone writing here. Why is this happening? Thank you

I haven't seen mass reports of the game being down for an hour before reset. If it happens again, send in a ticket immediately to https://www.r2games.com/support. If it's an issue with the game, they'll need to see the issue while it is happening.

Hello, the same thing happened to me again from last month. But this time I have made a video with a few minutes, so you can understand what happens in my case.
