How will submitting a ticket give me the Tycon rewards I'll be losing?? The resources and diamonds I spent until the server went down at 2AM last night? The rewards for HoC, Djinni's, Craft Master and Capsule???
I did submit the ticket though. I was at 2nd in Tycoon when the server crashed....

Any compensation requests will need to be sent through ticket. We won't be given any information about individual compensation from events to share on the forum.

I did send a ticket and got an auto response back. Just we're sorry, we're aware of the issue, we will see to it that it won't happen again and blah, blah, blah.....
Today all the events, but Djinni's, are back but with no rankings whatsoever.
I wonder if the server you're playing on had the same issue??? Probably not, you would understand that it's upsetting when nobody gives a rats butt.

You are allowed to be upset, and allowed to express that you are upset, and I empathize with you being upset, but I would appreciate if you would direct that anger somewhere else. I am a forum moderator. I'm not staff. I'm not an employee. Staff said a ticket is required for accounts affected by the issue that caused them to have certain character systems be reset because the devs have to fix that manually for each impacted person.

There is also another issue that is impacting server events, rankings, blank panels, the calendar, Team Arena issues, and so on, on one server cluster. We have already collected names, server numbers, screenshots, and videos from people to forward along to the devs. The developer is still investigating the cause of that issue.

Because the issue is still being investigated, no one has the ability to tell you when the issue will be fixed. Support will reply to tickets about the issues in the game with a generic reply that tells you they know, because they know, and just like you, support has to wait for the developer to fix the issue too.

So allow me to update my advice to you. I advise you to be patient and wait for the issues to be fixed, and to join the Discord server where updates are posted and information is gathered. When the issue is fixed, if there is something specific you are missing, you should send in a new ticket and specifically state what it is you are missing.
