It seems that since server mergers gameplay in League of Angels has become almost unplayable. Game freezes after 2 minutes has been happening for 1 month now. Lately Final Stand, Challenge in Arena, Alliance Expedition have game stoppages .....Error Log failed please refresh browser is shown. I for one have sent numerous Tickets to Support along with pictures detailing these issues with no response. This is really annoying and frustrating. I know of people who have left the game due to these ongoing problems which seem to be ignored by Devs.

Continued bugs in LOA unactioned by Devs for too long

We continue to press support on the issues with the game. Unfortunately, we do not yet have an update on the situation.
All received tickets get a reply, usually within a few hours, but up to 3 days in the event of holidays. If you have not received a reply to your ticket, one of three things has happened:
1. The language you have selected at https://www.r2games.com/?ac=selectLanguage is not set to English.
2. The ticket form was not properly filled out so that green check marks appear at the end of every row, an attachment was too large, or some other error occurred and the system did not receive your ticket.
3. Your email provider blocks support emails before they get to you. This is most common with ISP issued emails, redirected emails, email usernames that have a dot, and emails that end in a country code. The only resolution I've found is using a basic gmail.com account, without a dot, and without a redirect rule.
The first one you can check yourself. The only way to check if the second or third may apply to you, is for me to know your email address, which cannot be requested on the forum because the message system is broken. You either submit a new ticket using a new gmail address and see if you get a reply then, or you can reach out to me through the R2 Community Discord server and provide me with your email address in a private message.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
