I recharged 2,000 diamonds and was able to collect the total recharge, but NOT the precious, am including 3 screen shots, 1 shoulg the recharge, one showing the total and 1 showing the precious I couldn't collect, considering I needed some of the things from this recharge for an event it SUCKS

Any time you have an issue with a recharge or missing rewards, you will need to submit a ticket, which can be done through the Game Options drop down menu in the upper right corner of your screen, or directly at https://www.r2games.com/support.
