    Hi mod, this time it was me who, due to lag in the game on the first day of Tycoon, didn't realize I got the wrong angel chest. I actually needed chest number 14. Of all those angels, I only need the Europa angel to activate. Is there any possibility the devs could exchange chest number 15 in my inventory for number 14, the one where she is? I don't intend to recover the Tycoon certificates; if they could do the exchange on my account themselves, that would be great. They always fix these errors in Gtarcade, I hope they do here too.

    Although you'll probably tell me to submit a ticket, like they've been telling us for a year now, and that I already submitted one... but it's quite frustrating to be so adrift on this platform, even though I know it's not your fault.

    And while they do answer my tickets, I still haven't even received solutions for those previous errors. With nothing more to add, I hope to find a solution and, in any case, thank you very much for your help in advance.

    While I wish I could grab your forum post and communicate with support on your behalf, League of Angels is one of several games here where all player-specific assistance must go through support tickets. I am only able to tell support when you've been waiting for a response for longer than 3 days. You can, and should, respond to your tickets to request updates every couple of days.

      Thanks mod, I already submitted a ticket too... I'll keep trying from there
