Hei this is my video , i hope can clear the wedding garb issue. anyway sorry if i mistake, i just want further information about this, since the wedding garb panel light OFF, so i think its unactive. ok, what i want to ask is, why THE Battle Rating are Decreases when i using the wedding garb. hmm, look my other Cloth, its Incinerator has 2360 Battle rating. and Wedding garb with 2550 BR. Incinerator has less BR than Wedding Garb right? so when i used the Wedding garb cloth, the Battle rating must go UP, not Down right? can u explain what happened here .
