S16 got bugs about couldn't claim reward after 1st match

S26 ING: Galadriela Now I can't enter CS. It's stopping on screen with 100% Load and freez...when I refresh site and try to enter again it shows me cool down time ~18 min to join queue again ...and after that story is repeating again :/

im still confuse about the changing party and aegis in cross server doesn't work its a bug can a mod confirm pls?
here 2 screenshots one from battle and one from party without changing anything u can see the aegis in battle is cancer and in party is virgo

Dear Lollitta,

Yes, you are correct, you can not effect any part of your setup or gear during cross-server matches. As the function involves different servers, it is probably fixed at the start and I do not believe it to be a bug. Just be sure to have your setup to your liking before joining a match.

Yes, the parties are locked in once you enter the CSB.
It's meant to do that. If you haven't noticed, you continue to receive patrolling experience even while in CSB.

That's because the CSB is not affecting your character.
