Cross-server War Bugs

i have 900k br and when i went into CS and the battle stated and i was mining and a 350k br person 1 shotted me. I am wandering how that happened when the battle just started and they didn't have a death buff yet

ON S181 FOR SOME REASON for twlight and cross servers there are people able to hit people while still under shield protection and especially in base they are still getting attacked....if moderators dont believe me next time im going to video the sucker and send it to them or post here so people can see....screen shots were sent but no response or nothing from the picture of characters like myself were shielded and still being attacked by opposite sides.... and others being in base and still getting attacked....

I keep having issues with the cross server, its either you can kill someone with a 400br even though you are at almost 900br due to the dodge effect or you cant even attack someone no matter how many times you click on them. This is getting to be a nuisance to people that want to play the cross server. And some players just click into the cross server and don't even play the game this doesn't help anyone that wants to actually play it with a team. It isn't fair to the players that are working hard to play the game, why should they be rewarded if they aren't even helping. These issues need to be fixed, my experience playing cross server has been an uneventful one and i am surely disappointed with the cross server for it.
