1st recharge reward cant collect?

I just wanna ask why i cant still collect the 1st recharge reward and it still said that "recharge" where i already have 3diamonds in my account?

from what i see u made a 3 diamonds offer
in order to get first recharge u need to top up at least 2.99$

You wont get first recharge pack from doing offers you have to recharge from r2store.

You don't get 6,666 diamonds you get a pack worth 6,666 diamonds...the 1st recharge pack panel itself says it.
The panel says: "Recharge any amount and receive a STARTER PACK worth 6666 Diamonds", not "Recharge any amount and receive 6666 Diamonds".

I think a lot of these posts about not receiving diamonds has to do with a language barrier.
