I can't copy the screen for some reason, but all i get is - can not collect cross server prize and I can not get back on the game. When will this be corrected?

common whats up with the Cross server, no screen shot ..but yesterday was problem collecting CS prizes, got a message today with an apology but no prizes just the honor rewards, got back in to CS then same thing cannot collect prize from cross srever and cannot get back in either 2 days in a row with no real fix
