2nd day in a row that CS is broken. Cannot get to Honor shop unless I go there "before" getting into queue for the first time that day, after 1st round we are stuck at the collect screen. Loosing out on battle ratings/rankings for the other 2 attempts that we can't play as well due to bug.

Compensation is nice, but what is delivered as compensation should reflect what we were told the compensation is. What was delivered vs what we were told would be delivered as compensation is very unbalanced indeed. S82 was offered only 10,000 Honor ... Not the 16,0000 Honor stated in the main notice thread on this topic and there was no Gold, Vouchers or anything else ... just the Honor.

Please, also consider raising the daily spend limit once this is fixed since all my Emblems have expired and it would take me 2 days to replace them at the current spend limit of 5,000 per day. At least raise it to 10,000 per day at minimum and then consider leaving it at that level permanently.

Why do you claim that the problem has been fixed ?
I find it very irritating that you not even try it out before you make such statements.
It clearly has not been fixed and to make a statement like that, shows clearly a high level of incompetency

We appreciate the compensation that you gave us for yesterday but we are losing out on more than just honor. Our guild (Celestrials) loves playing Cross Server but we cannot. Please take another look into the problem. Thank you so much! ForbidenRoze

i thought cs was already fixed? we are missing out valuable chests, vouchers and gold for 2 days now and that 16k honor is not enough to compensate for our loss. People pay for this game so you guys better give them what they deserve.
